Hi, I'm Caroline!
I'm a two-time graduate of Boston University where I received undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nutrition. I completed an accredited dietetic internship at Newton-Wellesley Hospital (also a teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School Students - soaked in all I could). Since becoming a board-certified dietitian 6 years ago, I've been working with patients in the field of behavioral health.
If you often feel out of control around food, are stuck in a pattern of yo-yo dieting, or are chronically unhappy in your body, then I invite you to consider working together!
In our 1:1 sessions, we'll unpack your current habits, beliefs, and desires to move you toward a more peaceful place of self-care and normalcy around food. We'll work together to find your natural body size without dieting, restricting, or obsessing over food. The goal of our work together will be to help you feel more confident and at-ease in your body, and in your life.
I work collaboratively with clients to develop healthy, normal eating patterns that support their health and wellbeing. By implementing mindfulness practices, finding joyful movement, and moving through body image concerns, we'll empower you to finally leave dieting behind so that you can fully show up for your life.
Dieting and/or feeling out of control around food is miserable. It takes a big toll on our energy, creativity, and relationships. But, through self-compassion, mindfulness, and some body image work, we can drastically change how you relate to food and yourself.
