Are you ready to normalize your relationship with food and your body?
I offer virtual nutrition counseling that focuses on intuitive eating and nutrition through a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach.
In our initial session, we’ll unpack your history and current relationship with food, your body, and self-care. We’ll work together to define your goals and create actionable steps to take charge of your health and happiness. In follow-up sessions, we’ll assess progress and tackle challenges together.
How long does nutrition counseling take?
Think about nutrition counseling like therapy – we’re not going to be able to cover everything in one session. If you’re like most of us, you've probably internalized years and years of diet culture, food rules, and self-criticism. All this is going to require work and time to unpack and reframe. For most people, weekly meetings seem to provide an appropriate amount of time to implement new tools and strategies between sessions.
CarolineRD is in network with the following insurance plans:
BlueCross BlueShield of Texas
United Health Care
For any other insurances, we can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. You are encouraged to speak with your insurance company prior to nutrition counseling to ensure the service is reimbursable.
Think we might be a good fit?
Schedule a 15-minute discovery session so we can chat and be sure! In this introductory call, we'll discuss your goals, barriers, and frustrations. I’ll tell you more about my approach and how I can help guide you toward your goals.
At the end of the call, if you're ready - we can go ahead and schedule the initial consultation. And if not, no worries! I'll do my best to point you to the resources that I think might be helpful for you to get started with.
